HR Assistant-Part Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of HR functions and support the overall employee experience.

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and process documentation related to onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help with the preparation of reports and presentations related to HR metrics.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
